Viraday Tablet is a combination medicine used for the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infections. This medicine is not a cure for HIV; it only prevents the virus from multiplying in your body. Monitoring of liver function and kidney function may be necessary while receiving this medicine based on the clinical condition. This medicine is not recommended for use in patients less than 12 years of age.
How to use Viraday Tablet

How Viraday Tablet works
Viraday Tablet is a combination of three antiviral medicines: Emtricitabine, Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate and Efavirenz. They work by preventing HIV (virus) from multiplying, thereby reducing the amount of virus in your body. They also increase the CD4 cell (white blood cells that protect against infection) count in your blood.
viraday tablet side effects is taken orally once a day. Gastrointestinal and nervous system side effects can be mitigated by taking Viraday on an empty stomach or right before bedtime. Patients with significant renal function impairment should avoid taking Viraday.
Contraindications include hypersensitivity to any one of Viraday’s three components along with taking astemizole, cisapride, ergot derivatives, midazolam, triazolam or voriconazole.
How should Viraday be taken?
You should take your viraday tablets use tablets with a glass of water once a day on an empty stomach (1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal), preferably at bedtime, to reduce problems with side effects. You should continue to take your Viraday tablets regularly for as long as your doctor recommends, and you condition should be monitored. Do not suddenly stop taking your Viraday tablets as this may increase risk of HIV resistance.
