QT prolongation – This medicine should be used with caution in patients with a known history of prolonged QT interval due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient’s condition.
Severe hepatic impairment – Ziten 20 mg uses Tablet should be used with extreme caution in patients with a known history of severe hepatic impairment since the safety and efficacy of this medicine have not been established for such patients. Close monitoring of liver function is recommended in these patients.
Heart failure – This medicine should be used with extreme caution in patients with a known history of heart failure (NYHA grade III-IV) since the safety and efficacy of this medicine have not been established for such patients. Close monitoring of heart function is recommended in these patients.
Use in children – This medicine is not recommended for use in children.
